Test Bar & Kitchen 6/14/22 – 6/19/22

Test Bar – “Sex on the Green” made with Vadoka, pineapple, sweet & sour, Blue Curacao, and 7 up.

Test Kitchen – “Rolled Tacos” made with Flour tortillas stuffed with slow-cooked pork carnitas rolled and fried crispy topped with melted jack cheese fresh avocado crema, house-made salsa verde, and pico de gallo

Test Bar & Kitchen 6/21/22 – 6/26/22

Test Bar – “Pink Pineapple Sangria” – White wine sangria, soda water, and pineapple juice

Test Kitchen – “Hawaiian Flatbread” – Delicious flatbread with chimichurri sauce, feta cheese salted duroc pork, sweet pink pineapples, Parmesan cheese, and fresh arugula micro greens finished with a house-made rose balsamic reduction
