Frequently Asked Questions
Who earns loyalty points?
Only the pass holder can earn loyalty points. Family add-ons cannot earn points.
Can I switch from Birdie to Par over the summer months when I'm not here?
Removing the monthly billing from your Birdie+ or Eagle+ account for more than three months will terminate the membership, and the sign-up fee will be required to reestablish the membership.
What if I leave town for the summer?
The monthly billing can be removed at any time. The sign-up fee will be required to reestablish an active membership if the membership has been inactive for over three months.
I have a Par+ membership and am playing with an Eagle+ member. Do I still get my rate?
You will get your rate once the tee time is booked inside your booking window. You will receive the guest rate if the tee time is booked outside your booking window.
What if I want to play in leagues but don't need the additional benefits of Birdie or Eagle?
You have the option to add league access with a $39-a-month payment. This can be canceled at any time and won't impact your Par membership.
Can I upgrade to Birdie or Eagle after purchasing Par?
You can upgrade to Birdie+ or Eagle+ plus at any time. If you continue to keep your monthly payments going you'll never have to pay the sign-up fee. Plus you'll earn loyalty points for each payment.
How do I decide which Birdie pricing is best?
It depends on when and how long you'll be here. The season pass will be for 6 months and the Winter & Spring passes are for 3 months.
Do I need to let the golf course know when I'm leaving or need to put my membership on hold?
Your membership will automatically expire with our new structure, so you won't need to worry.
Plus Loyalty Program
With our Club Card, you’re automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Program. This program will allow you to earn a free round of golf for playing at Desert Canyon GC! Cardholders will receive 1 point for every $1 spent on greens fees. These points can then be used to pay for future rounds on golf.
1000 Points = 18 Hole Round
500 points = 9 Hole Round
- Cardholders can only pay for their round with loyalty points.
- Loyalty points cannot be used on merchandise, range balls, or in The Grill
- Loyalty points have no cash value.
- Loyalty rounds can not be redeemed 2/5/24 – 2/11/24
