Program outline and restrictions

Free round used on the first visit after signing up | Registration fee is non-refundable | Loyalty Points will be accumulated for the monthly payment of the pass holder; family member payment will not add loyalty points | Bar & Grill discount is limited to the pass holder and is not valid for buffets and alcohol | No additional round for adding a family member | **Guests pay 15% over the pass rate. | *Eagle Tier range baskets are limited to one per day | *Pass holders are only eligible to earn loyalty points and must be active to earn or use loyalty points.| Sign-up fee reapplies if the account is canceled for over three months. | Birdie+ & Eagle+ memberships can only be paused two times per year. Exceeding this amount will result in the registration fee to be paid to reinstate membership. | **GHIN auto-renews unless the pass has been canceled. | Canceled accounts are not pro-rated; they will have privileges to continue for the rest of the month. | Tee times are not guaranteed. | Add or remove a family member at any time without penalty. | No blackout dates. | If multiple tee times are booked, and the number of players exceeds their tiers booking allowance, that member will be charged for the difference if pre-paid, or the rate will be adjusted at check-in without notice. | Members forfeit their rate if part of a tee time exceeds their tier booking window.

Terms & Conditions

Desert Canyon Plus is a membership benefit program providing various benefits. Members now agree to these terms and conditions using the Plus benefits. Desert Canyon Golf Club reserves the right to change or amend these conditions at its absolute and sole discretion. Members can participate in the Program by paying monthly membership fees for the Plus Tier chosen. Members can add up to one family member for an additional monthly fee. The Plus Tier of the member will determine this fee. Members will have an extended booking window based on their tier. However, tee times will not be guaranteed. Memberships will be billed on the 1^st of each month. Desert Canyon + requires a sign-up fee. This fee is waived if the member continues to pay their monthly Birdie+ or Eagle+ fee without pausing or canceling early. The Par+ tier will expire one year after the day of purchase, after which the registration will apply to renew.

• Not Responsible for Acts, Errors, or Omissions.  Desert Canyon is not responsible for (a) any loss or misdirection of, or delay in receiving, any Member application, correspondence, redemption requests, or other Member benefits; (b) theft or unauthorized redemption of Points or discounts; (c) any acts or omissions of third parties (including, without limitation, Participating Facilities); or (d) any errors published in relation to the Desert Canyon Plus program, including, but limited to, any pricing or typographical errors, errors of description, errors regarding Participating Facilities, and Desert Canyon Plus program affiliates, errors in the crediting or debiting of Points from Member accounts.  Desert Canyon reserves the right to correct, without notice, any errors.
• It violates these Terms and Conditions to reserve a tee time outside the booking window and then cancel and reserve a similar tee time inside the booking window to get a better discount. Desert Canyon will charge the booker for the original rates that were booked, and Desert Canyon can charge all future and past discrepancies at their discretion. These accounts will be subject for review and possible membership termination and banishment from Desert Canyon GC.
• Desert Canyon GC may deny or terminate any membership in the Desert Canyon Plus program at its sole discretion and without written notice, and all loyalty points will be forfeited.

Cancellation policy

After a member completes his or her initial commitment to the Desert Canyon Plus membership, the member may cancel his or her membership at any time upon completing the subscription management form. The cancelation will immediately go into effect. After cancellation, a member has three months to reactivate their account to avoid the sign-up fee.

Desert Canyon Golf Club reserves the right to change or cancel the Desert Canyon+ programs at anytime. Any changes made regarding discounts cannot be back-dated to past purchases.
