Desert Canyon Plus is a membership benefit program providing various benefits. Members now agree to these terms and conditions using the Plus benefits. Desert Canyon Golf Club reserves the right to change or amend these conditions at its absolute and sole discretion. Members can participate in the Program by paying monthly membership fees for the Plus Tier chosen. Members will have an extended booking window based on their tier. However, tee times will not be guaranteed. Memberships will be billed on the 1st of each month. Desert Canyon + requires a sign-up fee. This fee is waived if the member continues to pay their monthly Eagle Annual or Eagle Annual family fee without pausing or canceling early. The Par+ tier will expire one year after the day of purchase, after which the registration will apply to renew. If Par+ members upgrade to Birdie+ or Eagle+, their membership will not revert back to Par+ after their upgrade membership runs out, and they must pay the registration fee to reestablish their Par+ membership.

• Not Responsible for Acts, Errors, or Omissions. Desert Canyon is not responsible for (a) any loss or misdirection of, or delay in receiving, any Member application, correspondence, redemption requests, or other Member benefits; (b) theft or unauthorized redemption of Points or discounts; (c) any acts or omissions of third parties (including, without limitation, Participating Facilities); or (d) any errors published in relation to the Desert Canyon Plus program, including, but limited to, any pricing or typographical errors, errors of description, errors regarding Participating Facilities, and Desert Canyon Plus program affiliates, errors in the crediting or debiting of Points from Member accounts. Desert Canyon reserves the right to correct, without notice, any errors.

• It violates these Terms and Conditions to reserve a tee time outside the booking window and then cancel and reserve a similar tee time inside the booking window to get a better discount. Desert Canyon will charge the booker for the original rates that were booked, and Desert Canyon can charge all future and past discrepancies at their discretion. These accounts will be subject for review and possible membership termination and banishment from Desert Canyon GC.

• Desert Canyon GC may deny or terminate any membership in the Desert Canyon Plus program at its sole discretion and without written notice, and all loyalty points will be forfeited.

You agree to these terms and conditions by purchasing a pass online or in our golf shop.

After a member completes his or her initial commitment to the Desert Canyon Plus membership, the member may cancel by paying the remaining months left on their chosen membership. The cancelation will immediately go into effect.

Desert Canyon Golf Club reserves the right to change or cancel the Desert Canyon+ programs anytime. Any changes made regarding discounts cannot be backdated to past purchases.
