Rental clubs are provided for the convenience and enjoyment of our guests. By renting clubs from Desert Canyon Golf Club, the renter accepts full responsibility for the care and condition of the equipment during the rental period.

The renter is liable for any loss, theft, damage, or excessive wear to the rental clubs and accessories while in their possession. Charges for repair or replacement may be applied to the renter’s credit card or method of payment on file based on the extent of the damage or replacement cost.

Rental clubs must be returned immediately following play in the same condition in which they were issued. Any missing clubs, broken shafts, damaged club heads, torn bags, or other equipment damage will be assessed by management and billed accordingly.

Desert Canyon Golf Club reserves the right to refuse rental privileges and/or charge additional fees for misuse or negligent handling of rental equipment.
