Meet Paul
Paul Knakk, known professionally as “Harkland,’ is an American singer-songwriter born and raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. In 2010, Knakk competed in the Lehigh Valley Acoustic Performers Competition and took home 1st place based on his songwriting and performance, ultimately igniting his music career.

We are excited to have you join us for Oktoberfest! This year, our German Buffet will feature schnitzel, bratwurst, weisswurst, cucumber salad, red cabbage, spaetzle, apple strudel, and more!
In addition to our buffet, we will offer local AZ-brewed beer and daily lunch specials!
